Hi. I don't use Quicken, Citibank or I.E. so I am only guessing here.
When you say Explorer crashes I assume you mean I.E. and not windows
explorer. It is possible that Norton doesn't recognize the file and may
inadvertently think it is a virus but it shouldn't crash your browser. I
would do the following things and see if they help. One, go to 'start'
then 'windows update' and run what ever updates it recommends
particularly those for I.E. Make sure your version of I.E. is 128 strong
encryption. Two, make sure the version of Quicken you have is compatible
with Windows XP. Go to Quickens home page and see if there are any
updates available.
