Hi Listers,
I was intrigued by this, as I have a ME computer, with MS Office XP, and I
don't have the Office shortcut bar, as I don't like it either. I went into
settings, control panel, scheduled tasks, and tools, found folders options,
and found that I have checked the Windows Classic desktop selected in two
places. I also checked the startup task group in control panel, and noted
that personalized start up menus was checked. let me know if this works. It
may have been a feature turned on or off during install...
