Due apparently to a flaky Earthlink dial-up connection, all mail
sent to me on Wednesday and Thursday vanished into the ether.

  If you sent a message to the list, and received back a notice that
it had been sent to me for moderation, and you have not seen it show
up on the list (or gotten a rejection email), then you should assume
that it was amongst the lost mail and resubmit it.
