Is there any scientific evidence that sweets impair digestion of protein? If
I eat fruit alone, I get very hungry and want more and more of it. This does
not happen when I eat fruit combined with protein and/or fat. Is it possible
that the digestive problems (bloating, etc) that some people experience when
combining fruit and meat are merely caused by a lack of digestive enzymes?
