I am one of those people that never had a problem eating rice, oats, whole
wheat. I don't eat them anymore. I only stopped eating them after reading all
the paleo diet info. (I am considering adding oats back to my diet...because
I like oats.) I can't say that my health has changed in any significant way
since changing my diet...but then, I did not have any health problems prior
to eating in a paleo manner.
