I feel awful when I am in ketosis, I suppose it depends what you mean
"awful". If you are eating nothing but meat and (low carb) vegetables,
it is likely you've gone into ketosis. For me anyway, this always leads
to dehydration, anxiety, and other problems. It's not good, I make sure
I have at least 20 or 30 grams of carbs (usually more, sometimes much
more) a day to prevent. I feel best when I'm at 60-100 or so.
I also have symptoms of candidiasis, but over time I am less sure I
"believe" in the illness, even though I would be a classic case of it if
it did exist. These symptoms also seem to come about whenever I eat an
allergen, or too much carbs of any variety, I think it has more to do
with carb intolerance or allergies or both.
