If it weren't so sad, it'd be laughable!
From the article posted by Philip Thrift, one of the scientists is explaining some of the causes for early puberty: http://www.stats.org/statswork/puberty-latimes.htm

"We have better nutrition, increased obesity ..."

Does that make any sense at all??? What part of better nutrition don't I understand? Our children are growing up thinking that french toast sticks deep fried in partially hydrogenated corn oil, then dipped in maple flavored high fructose corn syrup is what constitutes a healthy breakfast. Then it's off to McDonald's for a double cheeseburger, 20 oz. coke, fries, and some fat-free frozen yogurt mixed with oreo cookies for dessert ... Then on to Pizza Hut for a deep dish pizza washed down with another 32 oz. of coke ... YUP! Thet there's some mighty fine nutrition ... hmmm ... wonder where the obesity comes from!?!
