Hi Nancy!

Thanks for the info.  I went out yesterday and bought
some walnut oil.  The store I went to had Spectrum and
Hain for about the same price.  I bought the Hain
because it had added vit E.  I was disappointed that
both brands came in  cheap clear plastic bottles which
exposes them to excessive oxygen and sunlight.
Companies that sell "health food" products should know
better.

I loaned my Cordain book out. Can someone check and
see if he recommends a particular type of walnut oil.
