Hi Catherine - Siobhan. Long time no see.

What is FDA?

Concerning your list, like
>..Accent, natural flavors, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (HVP), ajinomoto,
>natural flavoring, hydrolyzed milk protein, autolyzed yeast, natural beef
>flavoring, kombu extract, bouillon, natural pork flavoring,
>mei-jing/wei-jing, barley malt, natural chicken flavoring, RL-50, broth,
>natural seasonings, textured protein, calcium caseinate, gourmet powder,
>seasonings, ...

I think it's a good idea to discard *everything* containing any of these.
Whatever needs a longer or not easily understandable list of ingredients
is more of a chemical mixture than actual food.
Unpaleo. Unmegalo. Industry food.

Even flavoring, what sounds like to be harmless and just for
"better flavor" -- no food should need such.
Either it's ok as it is or it *needs* flavoring, then it's crap.

Flavoring I think disturbs or destroys our natural instinct to decide
for the right nutritional sources in situations of need.
The body, I think, needs to develope an association between (natural)
flavors and the experienced benefits of food items.

Adding the same or similar flavor to null-value or reduced-value
"food" will make think us of it to be good,
what actually doesn't have the value.
