does anyone know whether chilean sea bass is one of the high-fat fish that
is good for you? I had some last night and actually liked it, which shocked
me. It was quite rich and tasted buttery, and my sister said she definitely
had not put any butter or oil on it. So it seems to be a high-fat fish, and
I assume because it's fish that the fat is good fat, like the kind in
salmon, but I don't want to get my hopes up . . .
