I've heard several times that if you have leg cramps at night, which I do,
it's because you are low on potassium. Bananas don't have any effect. I have
to eat a decent amount of salt because I have very LOW blood pressure, and I
read that eating salt throws off your salt/potassium balance. I've taken a
potassium pill for the last two nights and no leg cramps . . . if anyone
knows different on this pls let me know
