does anyone out there understand the labeling on potassium pills? I can't
figure out the labeling. It says:

potassium (potassium gluconate 550 mg) 90 mg

and it says that 90 mg is 3% of the RDR. then it says take one pill per day!
I would have thought it would say take 30 or something. it's very confusing.
And how is there 550 mg of potassium gluconate and only 90 mg of potassium?
does that mean of the 550 only 90 is available?
