Welcome to the group, Donna. This is the place to ask questions *and* get
support.
One thing to remember --- paleo does not necessarily imply ultra low carb. I
eat a yam or sweet potato every day or so, and I never count things like
onions or carrots the way you do on Atkins. The important thing is to not
binge on fruit, dates, etc.
