Hi All,

I have the oportunity to get a radio that covers all of the bands between
10 and 80. I am really excited about this, and I am looking forward to
experimenting withentenas.

However, I am told with with my new .license, which is a combination of
the novice and tech, that I am unable to access any of the bands between
10 and 80. This of course is the new license that has just been
instituted. At this point, I am really not sure what privileges I have and
don't have. I know that I can work the uhf bands, and I most commonly work
the 2 meter band. I am writing to ask just what I am able to do on the 10
through 80 bands.
Thanks so much in advance.
Ray
