Hi Russ,

I am having a similar problem.  In fact, my darned computer will generate
crap even turned off.  Do the power supplies state right on them somewhere
that they are class B certified?  I would love to eliminate more of my
noise.

As it turns out, the computer my brother bought had no filtering of any
kind.  I replaced the power supply with one that is FCC class B certified
and this fixed the problem!
