So ... contact Scott Marshall, former chief attorney for ACB and now one of
the honchos-in-charge at the FCC for matters regarding the disabled.  Scott
is blind and should be fairly easy to locate via the FCC's site (that
portion that _is_ accessible).  I hardly think that airing this beef here is
going to gain us much.
