Anyone remember the Santek ST-144? That was a pretty neat rig...I got
to play with one for a while.

Speaking of Sntek though; I sure wish I coul find one of these, if for
no other reason than novelty. I know a guy that had one and sold it,
and if I'd had the money at the time, I'd've bought it. ... Anyway,
this fellow had a Santek HT, whose model I forget, which did FM and
SSB and had thumbwheel controls, I gather, for frequency. I never got
to see it, but it sounded like a really neat idea!
