I have my protein below 12%; now I'm waiting for something to happen:
weight loss, a burst of energy, a sensation of warmth, anything.
It often amazes me how many people on this list feel dramatically
different after making tiny dietary changes. Some people feel crappy
for days after eating a cracker, or whatever. I, on the other hand,
never seem to notice any difference, even when I make grotesque changes,
such as the present experiment. I mean, here I am nibbling at tiny
portions of protein, eating virtually no carbs at all, and consuming
ridiculous amounts of fat. Tonight's "dinner" was about 4 ounces of
pork chop, topped with a large glob of herb cream cheese, and a side
order of macadamias. For lunch I had some brie and a landjaeger. For
breakfast: sour cream with fresh chopped parsley and dill stirred into
it. One would think that eating like this would cause *something* to
happen, if only constipation. But I can't detect any change at all. Ah
well, it's all in the name of science.
