There was a thread on rec.arts.sf.fandom discussing the NYT article. As
part of that discussion someone theorized "Diets satisfy some of the same
psychological needs as religious discipline."
While I don't actively proselytize the "Paleo Way," I do tend to talk about
it like a Enthusiastic Convert and True Believer. :-)
