Hi Jaime, welcome to the list.
I used to do Atkins myself, and now attempt to do a low-carb paleo diet,
apart from the occasional moment of weakness :-)
You should certainly get hold of Neanderthin which is a first-rate
introduction to the paleo diet.
As for crossing over from Atkins, the Protein Power Lifeplan by the Eades
is low carb and largely paleo-consistent (it has three levels of 'purity'
with the most extreme being completely paleo).
The third paleo book is by Loren Cordain and is called the Paleo Diet. It's
had a mixed reception here, partly because Cordain espouses a lower-fat
approach than Neanderthin. Coming from Atkins you may find Neanderthin more
approachable to begin with.
