I did....but in a really off hand way. I'd been tested for allergies and
grains and dairy were not supposed to be a problem for me. So after being
paleo for a while( a couple months) I decided to eat bread ice cream and
birthday cake. To my complete surprise!!!!!I got some very bad cramps. Son
of a gun. The paleo guys were right.
