I'm fairly new to paleo, and don't eat totally that way (small amounts of
Yogurt, cheddar cheese, and corn masa are among our non-paleo foods.)

Soup is a traditional breakfast food in many parts of the world including
Peru and Korea.  It's easy tor reheat and is nice on a cold winter morning.
