Dr. Cordain actually suggests taking an 'occasional tsp' of Cod Liver Oil
for the Vit D, particularly with a busy lifestyle and short winter-days.
The one thing in Cod Liver Oil however is Vitamin A and it's not
water-soluble and too much of that I believe is known to be not beneficial.

I seem to remember Dr. Cordain had some pretty negative things to say about
cod liver oil though, something about it not being good to take much for
some reason. I'll look it up tonight
