Megan's informative summary has left me with another question: One person
mentioned going both gluten free and dairy free and that that helped the
fibro symptoms.
I consume a lot of dairy products and have been saying maybe I should
eliminate them from my diet although I have no GI problems as
lactose-intolerant folks do. But my fibromyalgia is really bad right now --
has been for quite a while (which may or may not be coincidental with an
increase in my dairy product consumption, I don't really know).
Are there others out there who eliminated dairy for the same reason?
I'll summarize whatever you all tell me.
