Hello Everyone-

I have been diagnosed with Celiac a year ago and for about 2 months now I have been a member of this list. I have been reading eagerly your messages and wanted to participate. THis is my first message to the group so pardon my inexperience.

I have been trying to follow a gluten-free diet. Despite a slight relief of my celiac symptoms, I have been experiencing some new problems and I wanted to ask if any of you could help me.

Both my feet get red (almost purple), swollen, it hurts unbearably even with a slight touch (painkillers do not help). This was only at nights first but now I experience it earlier in the day and I can hardly walk or stand. For the last week, I feel like my hands are becoming the same. I will see a neurologist in 2 days but since I have been fighting with this for a long time i have lost all my hope in doctors. Also, I have frequent urination problems and I will be tested for not being able to empty bladder. I do not know if both are related. I do not know who can help me but maybe you can.

Thanks for reading.

Looking forward to hearing your advice.

Warmest Regards,
bade
