A listmember pointed out that the following notice I sent to the
listserve recently was out-of-date. Thanks for the heads up. I just
assumed the video conference would be forthcoming as I seem to recall
getting the website out of a current journal.

Dr. Philip E. Nelson, IFT President, has announced an exciting program
of videoconferences for the 2001-2002 year. The next videoconference is
entitled "Food Industry Initiatives in Controlling Food Allergens: Are
They Enough?" and is scheduled for Tuesday, October 23, 2001, from 7:00
p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern time.
