I am strongly in favor of Consolidation.

Being a Celiac, especially a new one,  is like trying to safely cross a huge ocean, fraught with perilous storms.

Would we rather do that in one of three little boats, bobbing in the waves, and getting separated in the night...... or in one large cruise ship?
