Hello, and thank you all in advance for being there and being so helpful. I read somewhere that there is a coloring substance frequently used in cheeses called annatto (spelling?) that is bad for celiacs. I can't find where I read it and I am wondering if anyone else out there has heard the same thing, or reacts badly to say yellow colored cheddar or the outside of muenster cheese. I'll summarize, of course. Thanks again!
