Hi All--

First, let me say that I haven't found or baked a gf
bread that I liked much in the two years since I've
been diagnosed. A couple of weeks ago, I saw a package
of Bob's Red Mill "Wonderful Homemade Bread" mix and
bought it. I've found my bread!

Taste being what it is - so subjective from person to
person - this may not be something for everyone. I
have no interest in the company, I just wanted to let
the list know that this bread mix is pretty good
(stays soft, rises well to a dome, toasts evenly). I
baked it in a toaster oven and added an addition 7-10
minutes on the baking time.

Cheers,
Ayn/Kansas
