Hi. I might have the answer but you didn't list your system.
  "HIDSERV.EXE RUN" is for "Human Interface Devices Services" It is a file
that deals with keyboards,mice,and other devices connected through USB bus?
If so Leave ON StartUP.
 "SSDPSRV.EXE" Provides Simple Service Discovery Protocol (SSDP) and General
Event Notification Architecture (GENA) services for Universal Plug and Play
functionality. "I'd leave this one in Startup",One thing about the MSCONFIG
once you remove an item and you don't like the way your system performs you
can recheck and reboot your computer.
