You didn't follow the install proc in due course.
First, before instal the new video card you should have the stable working
OS with an old video card.
Second, uninstall old video card. For example set the following option
for display -"Standard Display" and for video card - "samthing
standard" too.
Third, install new video card. During win logine Plag/Play video card
demands new driver install.
Fourth, in the case of bad drivers set video in the standard mode and
demand drivers from the vendor.
