Ok Demetri,

First question is why do you have two adaptors showing up? Are there two
cards in the computer or is there an interface on the motherboard of
each computer?

If you typed in the net view command as shown then the error is a
missing space before the "\\". The proper form is NET VIEW
\\computername. Two other things to check. In the NET VIEW command by
itself, do both computers show up? Try one more thing if these do not
work. Try using the ip address rather than the name of the computer. For
example: NET USE J: \\169.254.254.108\myshare where "myshare" is the
actual name of the shared directory.
