I've just recently bought a tv-tuner card which supports win98se and up,
only I've only got win98. Is there a fundamental difference between win98
and 98se that would prevent something written for 98se working on 98? I
would prefer not to upgrade the OS if possible.
The card is 'flyvideo3000' and has WDM drivers but not VFW as far as I'm
aware.
