If you don't go out from the horrible Biostar splash screen
then your keyboard don't work properly. Try another keyboard.
In the case whith no results, then your keyboard slot or keyboard
controller on mobo is demaged.
Note that without keyboard you couldn't go out from the first BIOS
splash screen.
The keyboard only permits to go into the BIOS Setup.
