I became severly lactose intolerant in my 50's after a severe
virus. It took a long time to diagnose and even longer to stabilize my
insides. No matter how careful I am, I still have slip-ups.
I think it's impossible not to and still live in the real world.
I also have sensitivities to spices and things I not even aware of yet.
Get stable on a very restricted diet first and take it from there.
