We have a client running Windows XP Home Edition and OpenBook 7. The client
is using OpenBook with an HP All-IN-One Multi-Function Machine connected
through a USB port. It initializes, but then the client receives the
message "Scan Failed".

Has anyone experienced anything similar to this? Any ideas or suggestions
would be appreciated.
