I would not trust this scheme, as it does not make mention of which email
clients it works with.  I would be very surprised if any self respecting worm
writer didn't set up his worm so it will skip email addresses which don't
work.

I also would suspect this scheme because they say now you can open email

Hmmm, I just wonder if it wasn't set up by a virus writer to make you think
you are safe.

Good security isn't gained by cute tricks!

Use good antivirus software and keep it up to date, and don't open
unknown stuff.
