Never ever buy a Dell, HP, Compaq ...
They are for big companies which have million of $ to burn, no request on
upgrade and price just isn't an issue.
The best solution for personal use, is either build yourself, or find
someone you can trust (eg local shop which you know pretty well, or a handy
friend).
