I have been running a PowerLeap PL-iP3/T on that motherboard for several
months with no problems. My original CPU was a Pentium II 400 and the
adaptor moved me up to a Intel Celeron 1200. My motherboard is a GATEWAY
Tabor MP440BX with a 100 MHz FSB and the same BIOS you listed. I have been
very happy with the upgrade.
