HI:
1st place to start, if you do not already have one, is to go down to your
local hardware and purchase an outlet tester and check your outlet's wiring.
It is a small device, under $10.00, and has 3 lights on it. Depending which
combination of lights light up, it tells you if the socket is properly
wired, or open ground or open neutral. My guess is that you have a wiring
problem in the house.
