Generally the newer video cards of today will do Decoding with a program
like Cyberlinks Power DVD or with WIN DVD. You should not have to get a
hardware decoder. You can download a trial version of PowerDVD from the
web to see if your video card will handle it. If not, changing video cards
to a higher end card will usually result in obtaining a DVD player software
package with the card.
