There is a jumper on mobo, which specify what FSB, it might set to 100
(default setting), change it to 133. also, in BIOS, check what FSB was set
there, it should be 133.

I've flashed the BIOS.

At POST as well as in the BIOS, the CPU is recognized as a 750.
