The only way I know of to disable the BIOS password is to reset the CMOS chip (which is the acronym for the name of the chip that the BIOS lives on)  To do this, you need to unplug the computer completely from the mains.  Then you either remove the battery for 5 minutes or so, or better, shift the jumper from pins 1 and 2 onto pins 2 and 3 (or the other way around, depending on what your manual says.

BUT be extremely careful that you don't zap the motherboard or other components with ESD (electrostatic discharge) from your body.

To be safe:
1. Earth the metal case
2. Or grasp the metal case firmly for 20 secs or so to allow any charge to equalize
3. Or use an earth strap to connect your wrist to the case
4. And if you walk away and return, over nylon or nylon blend carpets, do it all again.
5. And still DON'T touch any terminal, pins or circuitry.
