Try rebooting the computer and see if it comes out, when windows comes back
up...

if not (and you should do this anyway)

Make sure DirectCd is starting with Windows, giving you the little cdrom
icon in the system tray below the clock.

If not, go to START...RUN...type 'msconfig' (no quotes)...on the STARTUP
tab, check to see if you can find a reference to DIRECTCD...if there is,
make sure there is a check mark beside it.  If not, put one there, click
APPLY, OK...it will restart computer.
