Marianne,

I have been using both MCT oil (in the form of 'Keto-Buttah') and
coconut oil.  I have not noticed any weight changes at all, but I do
tend to get hot and sweaty right after using either.  Apparently it can
"rev" you up.  I have only been using them for about a week or so, and
quite honestly my opinion is that it is not worth the money if weight
loss is the goal.
