Hey, did anyone catch the Fresh Air interview today with Michael Pollan, author of the New York Times article on raising cattle? I didn't see the article, so I was glad to hear the interview.
So, with that in mind :-), does anyone have favorite sources for grain-fed been or bison meat? I see a lot of sources out west, and I don't know which to pick. Any recommendations would be welcome.
I'm in Georgia, so closer sources to the southeast would be welcome.
