Thanks, Richard. I checked out this site, and they sell one gallon of virgin
coconut oil for $41.53 plus $8.00 shipping to my zip code (Northeast), which
makes it virtually identical to the $50 price I found at the other site, (<A
HREF="http://www.coconut-info.com/links.htm">Research on Coconut Oil</A>) for
one gallon, shipping included. Sigh. Next paycheck, I'm ordering some anyway.
One gallon should last me a very long time.
Dori, that sounds like a good idea to make mayonnaise using some nut oils
instead of, or in addition to, olive oil. Anyone have any favorite mayo
recipes, besides the basic one in Neanderthin?
