By all means, alert the cruise line of your allergy. They can't accommodate
your needs if they don't know about them.

And even if they know, always continue to be vigilant and, if you have
rescue medications, make sure you *always* have them with you. A ship is a
very large thing, and getting to help could cost valuable time.
