When attempting to count carbs for products labeled per 100g vs. "serving
size," try the following:
1) For Schars pizza crusts: In the box are 2 x 150 g crusts. 100 g of the
product has 57g of carb, so one crust would be 57 x 1.5, or 85 g of carb.
2) For cookies, crackers, weigh the serving on a gram scale. Simply multiply
the number of grams by the number of carb grams as stated in 100g, as a
percentage.
For exmple, if you weigh 70 grams of crackers, and there are 60g of carbs
per 100g, then 60% of 70 = 42g of carbs.
Hope this helps...with all that's on our minds, the math may not be so
obvious!!
