We-ellll...I wanted to give it a pass, but it was required for all students in the college prep track so I had very little choice. I took it in my sophomore year, failed and then tried it again in summer school, with a far, far better teacher. I discovered I actually liked it better than algebra, and so developed a lifelong fascination with mathematical aspects of shapes and angles. It certainly didn't hurt any when I took advanced stats in grad school, and I was ahead of the rest of the class in being able to explain the formulation of the 3-D graphs in factor analysis.
I didn't have any trouble with drawing the lines and angles. But I do confess I love using computer programs to do the drawing for me now, it's so much faster and considerably less tedious. I envy the kids nowadays who have access to such stuff that I didn't 25 years ago.

Thanks Joanne...
I have a friend who got all but one math class under her belt, she
participated in graduation ceremonies, and received the empty tube, but her
college degree was never mailed to her. I know I could never draw for
geometry, and would hope that such an arrangement would work in my case as
well.
